Japan uses direct contacts with Iran to ensure shipping safety: Prime Minister
Tokyo, April 6 (Sputnik/UNI) Japan is using direct channels of communication with Iran to ensure shipping safety in the Strait of Hormuz amid the escalating situation in the Middle East, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said."We have maintained close communication with Iran at various levels to date.
