Jammu, May 8 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police today solved a blind murder case and arrested an accused within 24 hours in Kathua district.

Police said that under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police, Kathua Mohita Sharma, a blind murder case was solved in which the accused person was arrested and the weapon of offence (bat) was also seized.

Police said that a report was received that two brothers, namely Nakul Singh (18) and Nikhil Singh (16), sons of Late Balbir Singh, residents of Ward No. 10, Kathua, had allegedly been attacked with an intention to kill and were lying in a pool of blood at their house in a critically injured condition on May 6.
