Jammu, March 12 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police, along with the BSF troops, have recovered narcotics worth crores of rupees, suspected to be drone-dropped in the Bishnah area in the city outskirts.

Officials said on Thursday that Jammu Police and BSF in a joint operation recovered 2 kg of heroin worth Rs 12 crore from agricultural fields in the outskirts of village Bahudurpur in tehsil Bishnah, a few kilometres from the India-Pakistan International Border (IB).

The area from where the narcotics seizure has been made is located a few km from the India-Pakistan International border, sources said.
