Jammu, April 16 -- The special Division Bench of Jammu and Kashmir High Court will be hearing the MLA nomination case on Friday, April 17.
The PIL filed by Former MLC and Chief Spokesperson of J&K Congress Ravinder Sharma, was last heard by the Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Rajesh Sekhri, in Jammu on February 28.
However, the arguments being advanced by the counsel for Petitioner, PC Sen, Senior Advocate of Supreme Court, appearing through virtual mode from Delhi, remained inconclusive on the last date.
Sen is likely to resume arguing the matter further on Friday.
