Jammu, July 16 -- The sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau today arrested a Revenue official in an alleged bribery case in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The ACB spokesman here said that a case was registered under relevant sections against public servant, namely Khajan Chand, Patwari, Patwar Halqa Mahanpur (Kathua) for demanding and accepting illegal gratification from the complainant.

He said that the accused public servant had demanded a bribe of Rs. 20,000 from the complainant for providing the documents after getting the mutation attested in favour of the sister of the complainant.
