Srinagar, Nov. 4 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday registered an FIR over the alleged illegal construction of a petrol pump in Budgam district of central Kashmir.
The case was registered at Police Station, ACB Srinagar following a verification conducted on the basis of a complaint received from inhabitants of village Arigam, Budgam.
The ACB said a verification revealed that Ali Mohammad Khan of Arigam Budgam, had constructed a petrol pump on Kahcharaie land at Arigam in June 2020, on the basis of a license issued by the competent authority on manipulated and misleading facts.
