Srinagar, March 16 -- J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday directed officials to maintain strict vigil against hoarding and black marketing while ensuring adequate availability of essential commodities and petroleum products in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of the upcoming festivals of Eid and Navratra.
He also asked the administration to keep the public regularly informed about stock positions.
