Jammu, June 11 -- In action mode, the Jammu Traffic Police have launched a major crackdown on vehicles plying on city roads with suspended Registration Certificates (RCs) after five or more pending traffic challans for violations.

Official sources said, "The Jammu and Kashmir Transport Department and Traffic Police have identified and suspended the Registration Certificates (RCs) of more than 26,000 vehicles in Jammu district.
