Jammu, Sept. 24 -- Deputy Inspector General Jammu-Kathua, Shridhar Patil, on Thursday reviewed railway security arrangements and contingency preparedness in district Samba of Jammu and Kashmir.
The officer stressed strict compliance with the Railway Security SOPs, enhanced patrolling, CCTV coverage of vulnerable locations, stressed mapping of banquet halls and other establishments near railway tracks, illumination of bridges and underpasses, and effective coordination with GRP and sister agencies.
