Jammu, Aug. 1 -- The Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch Jammu has filed a chargesheet against a former employee of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in the Court of Third Additional Munsiff Judge Jammu in fraudulent insurance claim.
As per the official communique, the chargesheet has been filed in a case initially registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The case arose from a complaint by Deepak Bhat, Branch In-charge of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Jammu, alleging that former employee Parul Sharma fraudulently surrendered Policy No. 08551598 using forged documents and diverted Rs. 10,75,742.95/-to a fake SBI account opened in the policyholder's name.
