Paris/New Delhi, March 27 -- External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Friday highlighted concerns of the Global South over energy, fertiliser, and food security at the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in France, while calling for urgent reforms in global governance and more resilient trade corridors amid ongoing conflicts in West Asia.

Speaking at two sessions of the G7 meeting in Paris, Jaishankar underlined the need for reform of the United Nations Security Council, streamlining of peacekeeping operations, and strengthening of humanitarian supply chains.
