New Delhi, June 30 -- External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Tuesday spoke with Ireland's Foreign Minister Helen McEntee and discussed ways to deepen cooperation as Dublin assumes the presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Ministry of External Affairs said.

In a post on X, Jaishankar said he conveyed best wishes to McEntee and discussed expanding engagement in trade and education, adding that both sides would continue to advance ties in the multilateral arena.
