New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday questioned the reported mobilisation of directors of several Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) to reach out to alumni ahead of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's visit to the United States later this month, describing the move as "totally unacceptable".
