Vijayawada, March 19 -- Calling for peace and communal harmony, formerAndhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday emphasised that mutual respect is esserntial for a strong and inclusive society.
Participating in an Iftar gatherign organised by the party in the city on the occasion of the Islamic holy month, Reddy described the month of Ramzan as a symbol of compassion, charity, and unity. The former Chief Minister, joining in breaking the fast and extending advance greetings for the festival, also expressed hope that people of all communities would continue to live together in harmony and strengthen the spirit of brotherhood.
