Kasganj, Oct. 11 -- Panic gripped the villages of Lahra, Pathakpur, and Kadarwadi in the Soron police station area late last night when a wild jackal attacked people during a Ramleela religious programme.
The incident occurred around 10 pm when the jackal suddenly entered the venue and began attacking attendees.
A total of eight people were injured in the attack, causing chaos and fear as the crowd ran for safety. Officials confirmed today that all the injured were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
