Saharanpur, Aug. 15 -- Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) DIG Parminder Singh and his driver were killed in a road accident in Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur district on Saturday, police said.
The accident occurred in the Sarsawa police station area when the SUV carrying the DIG, his driver Ravi Shankar and an ITBP jawan lost balance and collided with a road divider while they were returning from training in Mussoorie towards Ambala Road, police sources said.
