Tel Aviv, Aug. 26 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to convene a war cabinet meeting with senior military officials, and discuss strategies to ensure the release of hostages by Hamas.
The Prime Minister's Office declined to comment whether the premier will accept and go along with Hamas' phased-out hostage release deal which the terror group agreed on last week, or otherwise move for a full military offensive with no negotiations, reports Times of Israel.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is focused on negotiating the return of all hostages as part of a broader end-of-war arrangement, rather than a partial deal.
