Bengaluru, June 20 -- Marking the International Day of Yoga, the Isha Foundation has launched a massive nationwide outreach, conducting nearly 1,000 yoga and meditation sessions across India with an estimated 50,000 participants.
The large-scale mobilisation draws participants from corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, government offices, defence establishments and community spaces, in what the Foundation described as a mass experiential push for yogic practices.
"Yoga is not just an exercise. It is a process and system through which human beings can find their highest possible potential," said Sadhguru.
