Washington/Tehran, July 13 -- Passage through the Strait of Hormuz is currently not possible because of recent US military actions, said Iran's Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA) on Monday, as Tehran and Washington continue to remain embroiled in military clashes over world's most important shipping routes.
"Due to recent hostile actions by the US forces, passage through the Strait of Hormuz is currently unfeasible," the PGSA said in a statement posted on social media.
The authority said applications for transit would only be reviewed once stability returned to the region.
