Tehran, May 22 -- Iran has already restarted parts of its drone production during the six-week ceasefire that began in early April, sources familiar with recent US intelligence assessments told CNN, with Tehran rapidly rebuilding those parts of its military capabilities which were damaged during the US-Israeli campaign.

According to US intelligence assessments, Iran's military recovery is progressing much faster than initially expected, with this rebuilding including efforts to restore missile launchers, production facilities, and key weapons systems struck during the conflict.

"The Iranians have exceeded all timelines the IC had for reconstitution," one US official familiar with the intelligence told the media group.
