Tehran, July 13 -- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei on Monday said the United States had weakened key parts of the Islamabad Memorandum within a short period, while stressing that talks held in Muscat focused only on issues related to the Strait of Hormuz and did not include discussions on any other matters.
Speaking at his weekly press briefing, Baghaei addressed recent developments in Iran's foreign policy, including the status of the memorandum, regional security issues, diplomatic efforts and relations with neighboring countries.
