Mumbai, May 8 -- Minister for Social Justice Sanjay Shirsat alleged here on Friday that arrested TCS Nashik sexual exploitation and conversion accused Nida Khan had received help from former All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MP Imtiyaz Jaleel, for helping her evade the police, and hence he must be investigated under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
