Patna, June 14 -- Reiterating his government''s commitment to transforming Bihar into a major destination on the global tourism map through comprehensive development of its religious, historical and cultural sites, Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary Sunday directed officials to develop international-standard tourism facilities in Gaya, Rajgir and Nalanda.
Chairing a high-level review meeting of the Tourism Department, the Chief Minister said strengthening tourism infrastructure and revitalising Bihar''s heritage destinations were essential to showcasing the state''s rich cultural legacy before the world.
