Varanasi, May 7 -- The continuously declining groundwater level is becoming a matter of grave concern in Kashi, the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
If timely attention is not paid to this issue, the people of the country could face a severe water crisis. Even today, adequate water fails to reach the homes of millions of people. An effective solution to this problem lies in rainwater conservation.
