Varanasi, Sept. 5 -- Former Chairman of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Scientific Advisor to Defence Minister Dr G Satish Reddy today said that India's success in 'Operation Sindoor' is attributed to indigenous technologies such as drones, anti-drone systems, drone-based weapons, surveillance equipment and other defence systems. Dr Reddy participated as the chief guest in the 'Research and Innovation Day' programme organised by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU) on the occasion of Teachers' Day at the Swatantrata Bhavan of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) here.
