Hamirpur(HP), Feb. 15 -- Swadeshi (Indigenous) made products will be on sale during the National level Holi festival that will commence at Sujanmpur tira from March 1 onwards.
These products were prepared by mahila based self help groups across the district and include handicrafts, food processing, spices, pickles, papads, bakery products, handmade textiles, decorative items, natural dyes, and herbal products.
Under the National Rural Livelihood Mission, the DRDA has submitted a demand for five lakh rupees to the Directorate for setting up stalls. The funds will be used for stall construction, decoration, electricity, drinking water, and security. Women will be able to exhibit and sell their products at the Chaugan from March 1st to 10th....
