New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- An Indian seafarer was killed while 19 others were rescued following an attack on the commercial vessel MV Cape Dao on Wednesday off the east coast of Oman. India has condemned the attack and reiterated its call for dialogue and diplomacy to de-escalate tensions and enable the early return of peace to the region.
