Mumbai, Oct. 27 -- The Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal today said that the country intends to be amongst the top five shipbuilding nations in the world by 2047, and the kind of factors that are coming together in the maritime sector, are speeding up its growth and development.
