New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar today said that India should not be unfairly targeted in the context of the Ukraine conflict and that New Delhi has always advocated for dialogue and diplomacy.
His comments came during his telecon with Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, during which the two sides discussed the Ukraine conflict.
