New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday announced that India is fully prepared to host the 18th BRICS Leaders' Summit in New Delhi on September 12 and 13, with the gathering of major emerging economies expected to assume added significance against the backdrop of geopolitical tensions, economic uncertainties and growing demands for reform of the global multilateral order.

Sharing a preview video of the summit on social media, Modi said, "All set for BRICS 2026!", as preparations intensified for the two-day meeting at the Bharat Mandapam convention centre in the national capital.
