New York, Sept. 24 -- India used a series of high-level United Nations meetings on Thursday to press its priorities on counter-terrorism and climate finance, Secretary (Economic Relations) at the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Sudhakar Dalela reiterating New Delhi's zero-tolerance stance on terrorism and calling for greater, more predictable financial support for developing nations facing climate risks.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), in a series of posts on X, said Dalela represented India at the 7th Ministerial Meeting of the Group of Friends of Victims of Terrorism, where he underscored the devastating toll of cross-border terrorism on India and said victims must remain at the centre of the global counter-terrorism agenda.
