New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- The Tenth Chiefs' Conclave of the Indian Army commenced in the national capital on Friday, bringing together former Chiefs of the Army Staff and Honorary Generals of the Nepali Army for a two-day deliberative engagement aimed at strengthening institutional continuity and strategic dialogue.
The conclave, being held from February 27 to 28, began with a wreath-laying ceremony at the National War Memorial and will focus on discussions related to operational preparedness, capability development and emerging security challenges, while reaffirming the unique India-Nepal military tradition rooted in shared history, mutual trust and enduring regional cooperation.
