New Delhi, April 29 -- India and Kenya have reinforced their growing economic partnership at the 10th session of the India-Kenya Joint Trade Committee (JTC), held in Nairobi on April 27-28, with both sides outlining a roadmap to expand trade, investment and sectoral cooperation.

The meeting, co-chaired by Commerce Secretary Rajesh Agrawal and Kenya's Principal Secretary for Trade Regina Akotah Ombam, noted a sharp rise in bilateral trade, which reached USD 4.31 billion in 2025-26, marking a robust 24.91 per cent increase from USD 3.45 billion in the previous fiscal. India has emerged as one of Kenya's key trading partners.
