New Delhi, Aug. 7 -- India on Friday said it is "closely" monitoring developments surrounding the recently signed defence cooperation agreement between Pakistan and Somalia, while reiterating its commitment to strengthening ties with African nations and expressing hope that the next India-Africa Forum Summit will be held at a mutually convenient date.
