New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- India won the toss and elected to bowl first against Afghanistan in the second T20 International at the Arun Jaitley Stadium here on Tuesday, with Kerala star Sanju Samson retaining his place amid speculation that 15-year-old batting sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi could replace him.

India, who won the opening match of the three-match series, made one change to their playing XI, with Ravi Bishnoi replacing Varun Chakravarthy, who has suffered a side strain.

The decision to retain Samson comes amid growing interest over the teenage Sooryavanshi, who has emerged as one of India's exciting young batting prospects.
