Patna, Oct. 6 -- The INDIA bloc will hold protest marches and effigy-burning programmes on Wednesday at all 534 block headquarters across Bihar against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alleging that the Election Commission has compromised the democratic process,RJD state spokesperson Ejaz Ahmad said here on Tuesday that the agitation would be followed by demonstrations at all district headquarters on October 8. On the same day, Leader of Opposition in Bihar and INDIA bloc leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav will lead a march from the Shaheed Smarak near the state Secretariat to Raj Bhavan in Patna, where a memorandum will be submitted to the Governor.
