New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- Intensifying its campaign against the 'irregularities of the Election Commission', the INDIA bloc will hold a "public impeachment" proceeding against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on October 30, followed by a massive "Dilli Chalo" march to Ramlila Maidan on November 1, Congress general secretary K C Venugopal announced on Saturday, as the Opposition steps up its nationwide campaign against what it calls "vote chori".
