New Delhi, Feb. 9 -- India and Greece today took a significant step toward deepening their strategic defence ties by signing a Joint Declaration of Intent aimed at strengthening defence industrial cooperation and laying the foundation for a structured five-year roadmap.
The agreement was inked following a bilateral meeting in New Delhi between Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Greece's Minister of National Defence Nikolaos-Georgios Dendias.
During the talks, both leaders reaffirmed that the India-Greece Strategic Partnership is anchored in shared values of peace, stability, freedom and mutual respect, and underscored their commitment to expanding collaboration in defence production and security cooperation.
