Chennai, May 20 -- In his first public function after assuming office, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay on Wednesday paid floral tributes to social reformer Pandit Iyothee Thass on his 181st birth anniversary at Gandhi Mandapam in the city.
HIs cabinet colleages and senior leaders of the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) also participated in the event.
