Sambhal (UP), Feb. 12 -- The local authorities carried out a major demolition drive against illegal construction in Naroli village under Chandausi tehsil of Sambhal district, razing an unlawfully built structure known as Madrasa Banjari Kuan. The action was taken on Thursday amid heavy police deployment to maintain law and order.
Officials stated that the madrasa was constructed on approximately 225 square meters of gram sabha (village community) land, specifically on plot numbers 1635 and 1636. According to the administration, the permanent structure was built nearly six years ago, and educational activities have been running there since then.
