Dhanbad, July 14 -- IIT (ISM) Dhanbad Associate Professor Dr Soumitra Maity has been selected for the Chemical Research Society of India (CRSI) Bronze Medal 2027 in recognition of his contributions to chemical research.
The institute said the award, conferred by the Chemical Research Society of India, recognises outstanding originality and scientific contributions by young and mid-career researchers in chemistry.
Dr Maity, who teaches in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, will receive the medal and present a research talk and poster at the 39th CRSI National Symposium in Chemistry at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, in July 2027.
