Jammu, Oct. 9 -- The J&K GCC Summit 2026, conceived as a targeted investment facilitation platform to present Jammu and Kashmir's potential and aims to position the union Territory as India's emerging destination for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu Director, B. S. Sahaypanel said on Thursday.

Addressing the media here, he said the two-day Summit from October 9 to 10, will facilitate dialogue on how GCC investments can support the union Territory's priorities in employment generation, skills development, and economic diversification.
