Bhubaneswar, July 17 -- In a major boost to Odisha's infrastructure development and public-private partnership (PPP) ecosystem, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector investment arm of the World Bank Group, will identify 20 priority infrastructure projects with an estimated investment potential of US$2 billion across key sectors over the next year.
The initiative is expected to unlock significant private investment and accelerate the state's development agenda.
The projects will span strategic sectors including renewable energy, power, logistics and transportation, urban infrastructure, and electric mobility, with the aim of creating a strong pipeline of bankable projects for private sector participation.
