Tel Aviv, March 12 -- The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Thursday it had killed the commander of the Hezbollah missile unit of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Beirut.
"Earlier this week (Tuesday), the IDF struck and eliminated the terrorist Abu Dharr Mohammadi, the operations commander in the IRGC's missile unit within Hezbollah in Beirut," the military said on its Telegram channel.
No further details on casualties or the exact location of the strike were provided.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) also claimed that it carried out strikes on the Taleghan nuclear center in Iran.
