Jammu, March 28 -- Directing a sweeping crackdown on smuggling networks targeting the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday asked officials to identify and strictly punish any remnants of narco-terror networks within the system.
Sinha reviewed the progress of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan in the union Territory at a high-level meeting held at Lok Bhavan.
