Chennai, March 11 -- Following the successful conclusion of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026, the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday confirmed the final distribution of the tournament's USD 11.25 million Players' Prize Money pool to all the 20 teams, in line with the record-breaking increase to ICC prize money made in 2024.
Co-hosts India, which became the first team to retain the title and also became the first hosting nation to lay its hands on the coveted title and runner-up New Zealand were given USD 2,639,423 and USD 1,422,692 respectively.
