Dubai, March 3 -- The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the match officials for the knockout stage of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026, with the semi-finals set to be played in Kolkata and Mumbai.

For the first semi-final between South Africa and New Zealand at the Eden Gardens on March 4, Richard Illingworth and Alex Wharf will serve as the on-field umpires.

Illingworth had also officiated in South Africa's T20 World Cup semi-final two years ago against Afghanistan, while Wharf stood in New Zealand's group-stage win over the same opposition in the ongoing edition.

Nitin Menon will be the third umpire, with Rod Tucker as the fourth umpire and Javagal Srinath acting as match referee.
