Hyderabad, Aug. 5 -- : Hyderabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar on Wednesday urged retired employees and senior citizens to stay alert against cyber fraudsters and report online scams within the "golden hour" to improve the chances of recovering stolen money, warning that cybercrime has become a far bigger financial threat than conventional crime.
Speaking at the Cyber Jagarukta Diwas awareness programme organised by the City Cyber Crime Wing at Visvesvaraya Bhavan in Khairatabad, Sajjanar unveiled the 'Suraksha Ka Tiranga' poster along with former Directors General of Police M. Ratan and Poonam Malakondaiah.
