Hyderabad, Jan. 19 -- The Hyderabad City Police's new initiative 'C-Mitra', launched to fast-track assistance for cybercrime victims, has facilitated the registration of over 100 FIRs within just 10 days of its launch, providing major relief to complainants.
Introduced on January 9 by City Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar, IPS, the virtual helpdesk has already reached out to around 1,000 victims, with the team making an average of 100 calls daily to gather details and guide them through the process.
