Hyderabad, July 16 -- The Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad, has arrested a key accused in a high-profile digital arrest fraud case.

According to a police statement on Wednesday, Aludasu Sudhaker, a 43-year-old resident of Saroornagar, was detained at Mumbai International Airport by immigration officials following a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued by the cybercrime unit.

He is accused of supplying bank accounts used in the fraudulent operations and was booked under several sections of the Information Technology Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) in Crime No. 2808/2024.

Earlier, four other individuals - Dharavath Rajkumar, Kaluvala Abhilash Reddy, Alladi Tharun, and Gattu Pavan - had been arrested in connection with the same case in...
